This initiative was to improve the user experience of my organization’s implementation of a financial forecasting platform.
I conducted a heuristic evaluation to objectively evaluate key aspects of how an application works against generally accepted good practices for usable applications.
Each finding clearly specified how it is breaking or undermining a user experience best practices to ensure objectivity from myself and decision makers reviewing the documentation. I included high-level recommendations that allowed for collaboration and negotiation against the final design.
